What is Emotional Release Reflexology?
Emotional Release Reflexology integrates traditional reflexology with gentle somatic practices, breathwork, and meditation to facilitate the release of stored emotions from the body.
By stimulating specific reflex points on the feet, hands and ears, this approach aims to bring stagnant or stuck emotions in to consciousness, recognising where they are stored in the body and allowing them to be processed and released.
Sessions, last between one to one and a half hours and are tailored to each individual’s needs, providing a safe and supportive environment for emotional healing.
The combination of reflexology, deep relaxation, and targeted questioning techniques encourages the movement of energy through and out of the body, promoting both physical and emotional balance.
