Born out of a desire to connect with like minded people, The Soul Circle provides an opportunity to sit with others in a relaxed, friendly environment. It is a space to come and reflect on your own spiritual journey in silence, or you may choose to share and connect with others.

Taking inspiration from the natural world, the moon phases and the Celtic calendar I lead you through different meditations and rituals.  These sessions aim to deepen your spiritual practice and strengthen your intuition.

Past themes have included the chakra system, crystals, full moon releasing, gratitude and heart coherence.

Everyone is welcome.  Spaces are limited to 12. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water, a blanket and a yoga mat or something to sit on.
